I've seen him rock this kind of washed off look a few times now and I think it's so cool, unfortunately he never responded to comments that much and I can't find out how you do that anywhere… Any advice?
Some other person in his comment section thinks this may even be tattooed, but I didn't even know this was possible.

find a more sheer black or one that’s not the best quality bc they’re usually not as opaque and it should probably paint on pretty patchy and see through like this i would imagine
Kinda looks like he’s “painted” his nails with a marker.
It reminds me of what my nails looked like at the end of the day (partially rubbed off (we were not allowed permanent markers in school)) when I would use a marker to color them in school.
