I’m new to using regular polish (I used gel before) and therefore need some advice on some nail art. I found these photos on Pinterest, and want to know if anyone has an idea on how I can recreate the look. I have the products, I just need techniques, and I thought this would be a great place to ask 🙂

I’ve done this to not quite as densely glittered just by dabbing a glitter topper on in a lazy gradient with the brush in the bottle. If you wanted a more dramatic gradient, dabbing on glitter topper with a makeup sponge would be way to go.
Apply the glitter polish to a makeup sponge and sponge it on the tip for the most density at the tip, then use the sponge and/or use the brush to work your way up, applying less glitter as you go. See here at 9:06: https://youtu.be/jqTcb85wu8M?si=YaGtv5zMwu7kshcD
You can do it without a sponge, but in my experience you either have to do a ton of layers to get full coverage at the tip which makes the tip get very thick, or you do less layers and it’s not as dense.
I would use a ridge filling, blurring base or neutral jelly as the base color like Emily De Molly’s sheer tint peach or sheer tint ecru, or Mooncat’s primer. You could go bare for the base but I think a sheer tint or primer would give a better result. For the sparkles I agree with everyone else, pick a sparkle polish you want to use and sponge on a gradient with it, focusing on the tip and going more lightly on the way up to the cuticle.
