Let them grow a little, cuticle oil, and possibly a strengthening top coat to help with overall strength while they’re growing back out.

2 to 3 days per week put cuticle oil or just vit e oil on nail and massage then put moisturizer and massage…don’t wash hands immediately. At start it may feel oily uncomfortable but you’ll get used to. Let them grow out and shape gently with a filer as necessary.
Soak in warm water and Move back cuticle before oil and massage, don’t cut them just push back.

You can use nude base coat too for better appearance and strength.

  3. As others have said a little cuticle oil and a good quality hand cream will help. If you don’t like greasy feeling hands do it in bed just before you go to sleep. I use a L’Occitane hand cream that I keep on my bedside table for this reason. Moisturise well then go to sleep when I won’t be washing my hands for the next 10hrs (I sleep hard).
