I feel my face is very dark and dull , hyperpigmentation around chin , forehead,dark spots on face ,dark under eye and unhealthy dull looking skin , and my face skin is very sensitive so any home remedies or skincare products I try I get breakout on my face which cause further pigmentation ,not even sunscreen suits my face the only thing currently I use on my face is Cetaphil face wash .
So any beauty hack – including any detox tea or drink or detox food or any facial exercises or overall exercise or any activity that u felt helped u get healthier looking skin ,please do share .

It’s seriously that- exercise and diet. My skin was lifeless before I started taking good care of myself routinely and persistently. No quick fix for good skin longterm, unfortunately

Im afraid no facial exercise or “hack” is gonna give you results. Cleansing your face without following up with moisturizer is probably doing more harm than good, and no sunscreen is just making your dark spots darker. If you can afford it, see a dermatologist, cause if everything you have listed is not improving things then its time to stop the guess work and consult an actual professional with knowledge to tackle your problems once and for all. I would suggest though you get at least a simple routine down. A gentle cleanser, a moisturizer and most importantly sunscreen. A lot of skincare is trial and error, unfortunately. You have to try a bunch of products till you find what works, but most of the homework has been done by other people and if you simply search on this sub, you’ll find products that don’t break a lot of people out and you can experiment with those. I still think you need to see a dermatologist and have lots of patience, dark spots take months to fade. Good luck!
