Tortoise hand- cirque umber jelly (4 coats), and for the tortoise it’s holo taco halogen glow, then DVN milk of the poppies on top, then umber jelly again with blobs for the tortoise effect. Right hand is fancy gloss Ethiopian opal by Monicure
