This is my new (old) custom pallet of new and old products. I have been working on the Hourglass Ambient lighting edit 2021 holiday pallet for YEARS, and after totally panning 3/5 of the shades I decided to buy empty pans that I can repot other partially panned products and repurpose the metal tin.
All four top left pans were other panned products that were repressed into these smaller pans for ease of use.
For the larger squares:
Top left, Hourglass ambient bronze light (I have to use it lightly on the face, I mostly use it on the eyes now).
Top right: the original ambient strobe light that came in the 2021 holiday pallet. I do like it, I just don’t use that much for each application so it’s lasting a long time.
Bottom left: Becca bronzer in Bronzed Bondi. RIP I would repurchase if I could. If anyone knows of a dupe with similar glow and depth of color let me know!!!
Bottom right: Kiko Milano new water wet and dry eyeshadow in shade 02 champagne. I used to use it as a highlight in the 2017 blinding highlight days, and now use it as a stunning eye shade. It cracked and was making a mess, which caused the repotting to be necessary.
The Hourglass blush on the top right of the tin is ethereal rose from the original pallet. I love it, would also love a dupe of it as they haven’t made it again outside of the 2021 holiday pallet
Over all its four panned compacts that now fit into one, with the additional newer shades as well!!
For those wondering, small squares are all from the mini Viseart pallets, and the triangle blushes are 3CE layer it all blush in rosy tan (my attempt to find something similar to the hourglass blush). I repurchased the Hourglass ambient infinity finishing powder from the original holiday pallet in a full size compact.
Overall I am so so so excited about the end result of this project. I love the metal tin, I love not carrying around mostly empty compacts (to work and travel), and I love that I added some eye shades too. 10/10 would recommend doing this if you have a tin you love, and panned products that can be repotted to a smaller pan. I bought small magnets instead of a black magnet sheet to attach the pans.
