A topper that glows aqua-blue in the dark after being charged by light.

This new seasonal glow in the dark topper launched today along side the new Holoween/birthday collection.

I’m wearing it here in one coat over these cute little white ghosts I painted on with “Not Milky White” . I also am wearing the bright plasma green crelly in this mani that launched as part of the new Holoween collection it’s called “So Toxic”

This glow in the dark topper is so bright especially over a white or light colored crème. I found it still glowed HOURS after I went to sleep and every time I went to flip my pillow I can see my nails glowing 😻.
