This is ILNP Hypnosis, which is actually a polish that my husband picked out for himself and not something I would personally choose for me! It’s my first mani of October though and I wanted to do something with Halloween vibes. This is the only polish I own that has orange in it – combined with all the shifty colorful magnetic pigment, it feels very Halloween coded to me.
I love how “out there” it is, really feels like a crazy kaleidoscope of colors in the sun. What I don’t love about it is that in darker lighting, it looks kind of like a muddy brown and the orange takes precedent over everything else. Orange is really not a good color for me, so I’m not a huge fan of that part. I guess if there was any orange that I could rock, it would be this one since it’s got all that cool toned pigment!
When I first put it on last night I really hated it, but when I woke up and saw it in direct sun it didn’t seem so bad. I’ll probably keep it for a few days.

Orange is tough for me too. This looks very wow in the sunlight.
I have this too, and I feel the same way. It’s either “meh” or it’s intriguing, depending on the angle and lighting. I probably won’t use it very often, but I will probably go back to it when I want to wear something interesting.
Edit- i meant to add, it looks great on you especially paired with the jean jacket!
I love it, but I tend to like weird stuff.
I feel you! I loved the photos so I bought it but the first two manis I did disappointed me. On the third I finally figured out the horseshoe + bar magnet and actually did it properly, then I was in love. It’s definitely a very specific polish for a very specific look, but man it is so unique and just cool.
