- Points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases or tips, charitable donations, taxes, on UB Marketplace™ Products, on Ulta Beauty at Target purchases, purchases made on Ulta Beauty via the DoorDash Marketplace, or purchases made on Ulta Beauty via the Instacart Marketplace.
- Ulta Beauty operates an online marketplace on the Website that permits a third party that is otherwise unaffiliated with Ulta Beauty (“UB Marketplace™ Sellers”) to sell and ship its products (“UB Marketplace™ Products”) directly to you through the Website.
