Another PPU shade I am so glad I got my hands on. This is 3x coats of Lurid Lacquer – By the Glow of the Pumpkins (Sept. PPU) with 1x coat of KB Shimmer – Clearly on Top
I am huge sucker for linear holos so this one is right up my alley 😍
