I recently bought the Ayunche Rebalancing Fresh line (shampoo + mask + scalp mist) as I have fine hair, oily scalp and I'm prone to losing hair.

But is it normal that it gives me (temporary, it doesn't last super long) a "cold sting" sensation to my scalp ? I don't know if it's supposed to be "cooling" and that's how it is or if it is irritating my scalp. I don't usually have irritated scalp by shampoo, just when I go to the hairdresser and they massage too roughly my scalp, then it is often itchy/painfull afterwards for a bit. But this is more of a "cold sting" like when you go out with wet hair and the air is cold (if you live in a cold country).

Any of you experienced something similar ? I bought too bottles as it was on sale but now I don't know if I should continue de use it or if it is irritating me

  1. Some Korean shampoos like to add in menthol-adjacent ingredients. I haven’t used this line from Ayunche, but Ryo’s dandruff shampoo and Labo-H shampoo both provide a similar cooling effect on the scalp.
