Experiences with eye essence from brand “First-rate”?

Hi all, I was scrolling through Yami and found a cheap eye essence from the brand First-rate that interested me but I can’t seem to find any reviews on this product or this brand in general (unfortunately common usage of the phrase “first-rate” makes key word searching for this specific brand difficult).

Has anyone tried this product? Thoughts?
