Has anyone used the COSRX Full Fit Propolis Synergy Toner that was this dark? I thought it may be oxidized
When I messaged, COSRX responded that it “may vary in color from batch to batch due to the natural characteristics and slight variations of the raw ingredient. We assure you that this is not a product defect; such variation is normal and safe for use.”
It’s hardly a slight variation. It’s so close to my BoJ Ginseng Essence Water in color; I’m hesitant to put it on my face
Does anyone have experience, positive or negative, with it being this dark?
