I’ve been working on these for project pan:
— Charlotte Tilbury matte lipstick in shade Mrs Kisses. I have a hate love relationship with this product. The color is gorgeous, and the formula is good, but it doesn’t have great staying power. I do like to layer a gloss over it tho to give it a little extra shine. Probably will not be repurchasing, but have mostly enjoyed using it.
—Cetaphil moisturizer : not sure what possessed me to buy such a large tub but I’m pleasantly surprised to report I’m halfway thru it! Works better than aloe on my sunburns lol
—Smith’s strawberry lip balm : this is the tin that keeps on giving. I’ve had it for 11 years…been using it on and off. At this point I just want it to be over. But i do think I’ll miss this old formula, since they changed it in the newest ones. Won’t be rebuying, because I have too many other lip balms to work thru.
—Glossier lip gloss in shade brown. Loveeee the color, it’s so retro and warm. Have already repurchased, although I won’t lie the stickiness of the product does get a little annoying. Panned this one in about 3 months, there’s still a tiny bit of product I’m gonna finish at the bottom of the tube.
—Phlur vanilla skin perfume travel size : this is the first gourmand perfume I’ve ever fallen in love with. I’m obsessed. It’s vanilla without the sickly sweetness, the wood tones add so much depth and warmth to the vanilla. Love love love. I want to repurchase but sadly I have tons of other perfume and I really want to commit to panning them first!
—The Soapy Shed vanilla woods body butter : it’s made by a small independent business in California. Bought it on a whim and I gotta say, I HATE it. It pills on my skin, the scent is overpowering, the formula feels sticky and heavy. I hate it. Will not be repurchasing but will finish it because I have to.
—Kaya bento box in cloud latte. I have a hate love relationship w this product. I do love the highlighter and blush, but the cream bronzer is definitely expired and smells bad. The blush and highlighter blend decently, but the color pay off of the highlighter isn’t great, and the blush is a bit too pinky for me. Will still do my best to finish the product, but will likely not be repurchasing.
