Hello fellow ABers! I've been on a buying-new-eye-palette spree lately to fill the void in my existence lol.

Here are swatches of No. 11 Shopping Cheese and No. 106 Coral Flower Shoes in indoor lighting, with and without flash, on MAC NC20 bare skin with no primer, and a small review of No. 11 Shopping Cheese!

Pros: Packaging is adorable, the layout and colours of the palette just look so nice and fresh and it's a joy to look at it on your vanity while you're doing your makeup. Mattes are smooth and blendable, consistent with Clio's formula.

Cons: Would only suit people who have a very, very light skin tone. I would only recommend this if you like very subtle, understated eye looks. I don't think you can achieve much variation with this palette either, everything will just be a light coral wash of colour. The glitters are on the subtler side, the type which catches the light if you move your head in the sunlight – definitely not the "WOW" type. There are no dark shades in the palette to create depth in the outer V or to blend out eyeliner or smoke out the lower lash line.

Overall: if you like something really fresh, cute, light, springtime vibes, this is for you. If not, it's an easy pass.

Next on my list is the Clio x Harry Potter palette No. 16 lol I can't stop buying Clio palettes. 😭
