I’m sure I’m just being paranoid but I ordered a package worth around £80 from Gogotales on the 29th of June, assuming the delivery would come in around 15 days as their website says “5-15 Days Delivery”. So I got a bunch of stuff to be here so I could gift them to my friends and family at an event. It never came on time and the only shipping update I’d had and STILL HAVE is July 5th still in China.
By the 20th day of waiting I sent them a message via their website where you leave your email and type a message, with no response. Then a few days ago I sent them another email but directly to their support email and I still have no response which is just weird because even if you wanted to process returns you’d be doing it to that email too and they would have to respond in a timely manner. It’s almost been an entire month since I pressed order and I still get promotional emails from them asking me “How would you rate this (product I bought) from your fulfilled order? 🫶” when I don’t have any products at all 😭
Any tips on what I should do next?🥹 I still really want my products to arrive but at the same time with the lack of any response and updated tracking I feel like there should be some sort of attention to customers dealing with this. So they don’t panic like me and think their products will never arrive 😭🙏 does it normally take this long to arrive in the UK?
