In order by release date (newest to oldest):
- Shell's Jewel Eyeshadow Palette – 02 Marine Shell; the Chinese/original version of S02 Mermaid Tears.
Although it has 2 pale blue shades, the rest of this palette is very warm toned, so I would type this palette as warm spring. The warm-toned shades in this palette are very similar to 4 of the shades in their Swan Ballet Palette in 01 White Swan, but the pale pink shade is more cool-toned, the medium color shade in White Swan is a true orange, while the one in Marine Shell is more of coral color, and the dark brown shade is lighter than the one in White Swan. My skin is light enough for that pale matte blue shade to show up on my skin, but it does kinda clash with my yellow undertones (I am a warm autumn, btw). But I still loved the look I created using the blue shades! The quality is the same as every other Flower Knows eyeshadows I own.
- Strawberry Cupid Makeup Palette – 02 Strawberry Cassis; the Chinese/original version of S02 Cupid's Mischief.
This is such an awesome cool-toned, somewhat smokey neutrals palette! I would type this as cool winter. The colors are on the darker side, but still subtle enough to use for daily makeup. The eyeshadows in this palette are somewhat similar to some of the shades in the Little Angel palette in 01 Edens Angel, but they're different enough that if you already have Eden's Angel, you can also get this one. Most notably, the medium gray shade in Eden's Angel is a blueish gray, whereas the one in Strawberry Cassis is a brownish gray. The pinkish beige shimmer in Eden's Angel is very glittery, whereas the one in Strawberry Cassis is more of a shimmer (but the gray one is a pressed glitter). The pink blush in this palette is quite pigmented for an Asian blush; it shows up on my skin with just one layer. The matte highlighter works, but it's too pink for my skin tone, so I use it as a brightening base blush. Such a shame Flower Knows didn't make this amazing palette avaliable to western customers.
- Butterfly Cloud Collar Contour/Highlight Palette – 01 Moon Shadow; Chinese/original version of 01 Leaf Shadow.
I don't know why I even wanted this when my skin is so yellow/warm-toned and the shade 02 Tawny Tea that's avaliable to everyone already works well enough for me. But since I love this formula so much, I got the other shade sold in China and Japan anyways. So if you can't already tell by how my Tawny Tea palette look, I obviously really love this contour palette. It's better than both Judydoll and Timage, IMO. 01 Moon Shadow is just a cool-toned version of 02 Tawny Tea. The highlighters are whiter and the contours are more gray. It is somewhat similar to the Judydoll contour palette in 01 Waves, but the highlighters in the Judydoll ones are more pink, and one of the contour colors have some red undertones. So even if I were cool-toned I would still prefer Flower Knows Moon Shadow over Judydoll Waves.
- Midsummer Fairytales Concealer – VA03; swapped for liquid highlighters for the global market.
I've been wanting to try this concealer forever, because the shade VA03 looked like a perfect shade match for me, but they swapped the concealers for liquid highlighters for international customers. I understand why they done this, because it only comes in a total of 4 shades (2 of which are highlighting shades) which will definitely cause an outrage among western customers. Anyways, so I don't have any AB concealers to compare it with, but it is darker than both the Hourglass Vanish Concealer in 1 Birch and the Natasha Denona Hy-glam Concealer in Y1, which is fine for me since I use them as brightening shades. It's more similar to the Hourglass concealer in shade 2 Cotton (which is more of my skin tone), but just slightly less yellow. As for the formula, it seems like a silicone-based concealer, so I was able to apply it over a matte foundation without it lifting some of the foundation off. The coverage is mediocre, but that can just be that I prefer a super high coverage concealer, like the Hourglass Vanish and Tarte Shape Tape concealers. So while I do think this concealer is ok and will continue to use it, I don't think I will ever repurchase it, because it's not as high coverage as I hoped.
- Never's Shop Blush – 02 Peggy's Breakfast. This entire collection is exclusive to China. The rest of the world got the Violet Strawberry Rococo collection.
I really wanted to get more things from the Never's Shop collection, because the packagings are just so damn cute, but color-wise, I wasn't really interested in any of it, because I thought the colors in the eyeshadow palette were to similar to Swan Ballet 01 White Swan, and all three lip colors were very dark and red, which is not my thing. There are three blushes in this collection, a pink one, a peachy one, and a super pale pink brightening blush. I got 02 Peggy's Breakfast, the most warm-toned option due to my skin tone. I thought that it might've been too similar to some of the blushes I already own, but after swatching it next to 5 other Flower Knows blushes I have, it's actually very different from any other FK blush I have. I thought it was gonna be a pinky-brown, but it's actually a very peachy color that doesn't look brown on me at all. The powder is very finely milled, so no kickback at all, and it has a decent amount of pigmentation. I can get it to show up on the skin with 2 layers.
I bought all of these from a third party Yamibuy seller called "BetterMe Beauty Store". I ordered on June 18th and they all arrived via Yanwen on July 2nd. I did not have to pay any customs fees. I paid $25 for the Marine Shell palette (compared to $35 for the other shades on their global website), $28 for both the Strawberry Cassis and Moon Shadow palettes (vs $40 and $35 on FK global respectively), $18 for the concealer (vs $22 for the liquid highlighters), and $20 for the Never's Shop blush (vs $26 for all powder blushes on global site).
