This is the clear ELF Brow Lift. It definitely held my brows down but I didn’t like it mostly because it became very crunchy once it dried down and then felt tight on my brows. Also, I have black brows, and it doesn’t fully dry clear, it gave my brows a grey-ish tinge that I used pomade to hide. Maybe it works for others but I won’t be repurchasing.
