For some insight I make my own press ons at home since my job doesn’t allow to wear nails during a shift, and Im still really new to nail art so apologies if this is a silly question

I was searching online for nail inspo and I came across a set Id like to recreate but i’m not exactly sure what she used to create the 3D details specifically on the white and yellow thumb. Did she just mix yellow gel polish into something like the makartt 3D gel or is it something along the lines of a colored sculpting gel

or could it just be clear 3D gel that she painted over?
