Really enjoyed this milky toner. The consistency is watery but quite milky and hydrating on the skin. It does have fragrance but it’s very fresh and clean smelling so personally I thought it was enjoyable. It retails for $28 from Ulta; I purchased it on a sale and would only repurchase if on sale again or if I had a coupon. It does come in a heavy glass bottle which gives it a more luxurious experience.
I have normal skin which can get sensitive after I use my Tretinoin. I didn’t find this product to sting my skin at any point.
I would repurchase but I like to try new products so I’m waiting for my Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner from Tonymoly to get delivered.
