I bought the Kose Make Keep Mist Ex+ recently from my last trip from Japan since I was intrigued with the raving reviews of this particular product (I think there was a big hype of it in 2023?)
I tried it multiple times and its already only 25% of the 35mL bottle left, but everytime I wear it, it just always… makes my makeup look super cakey.
My assumption is because I have a dehydrated skin and I’ve been wearing it in Japan and the East Coast during winter where the air can get really dry. After just a couple hours of setting with this spray my makeup would separate and extremely noticeable on the nose sides area.
Does anyone have similar experience or suggestions of how to use this properly?

i actually love this spray down… but i have very dry skin and it’s so good for when i look too patchy.
Do you shake it 10 ish times before you use it?
I love this, this is the only thing that holds everything in place
