Looking for a good niacinamide toner. I want something light for the morning. I dont want ssomething as heavy as a serum which is why I am looking for toners. Don’t see a lot of good toners with niacinamide , fumbled upon this one. Have had friends use the some by mi products and say good things about it. Is this toner worth it? Is it brightening? Suitable for oily skin? Does it feel sticky?
