Mom’s favorite toner being discontinued

So my mom called me and told me that DHC discontinued her favorite toner , she’s been using it for more almost 30 years I think (she still places her orders on the phone with the catalog so she’s pretty OG) . I started looking but so far not having much luck trying to help her find a replacement product. DHC recommends their Mild Lotion as an alternative but my mom ordered it and can’t stand the smell, and she is also not a fan of the placental protein in the ingredient list and prefers not to have animal products if possible. Was wondering if anyone was a fan of this product and can recommend another gentle product with a simple ingredients list to try from another brand ? Ingredients: water/aqua/eau, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, serine, alcloxa, glycolic acid, ammonium hydroxide
