I finished this lip gloss from Tower 28. I know there is a little bit at the bottom but I cannot get it out even I tried removing the stopper. I had it in a set back in 2022. The formula is not too thick and has an gloss-oily feeling. I personally want to use this type of formula on top of a lipstick/lip tint rather than on its own because it feels slippery. I am neutral about this formula so I don’t know if I would buy it again in the future. I will give this a 3.8/5.
