Has anyone tried out products from the brand VVbetter?

There's not much chatter going on about this brand compared to others so I'm curious if anyone here has any experience with it.

I have dry skin and am looking for a serum with niacinamide in it so I'm particularly interested in the TECA Lifting Moisture Serum.
