I posted this before but decided to try the products a little bit longer, but they held up. No changes
This set contains:
– Kill Cover Mesh Glow Cushion (3 Linen),
– Pro Eye Palette Air (06 Neutral Sparkle)
– Sharp So Simple Water-Resistant Pencil Liner (02 brown)
– Kill Lash Superproof Mascara (01 long curling)
## Kill Cover Mesh Glow Cushion
I think only shades 2 & 3 are available for this particular cushion. My shade is 4 (corresponds to 23) but 2 (21) didn’t turn out too light. Because there’s hardly a difference between the shades they offer now lol
Aside from that, the cushion itself is great and performs identically to the non-anniversary counterpart. I used it before religiously and reviewed it in depth [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/s/2s1rq1m8V7) & [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/AsianBeauty/s/eJplCdlXU0).
## Pro Eye Palette Air
The palette unexpectedly became my favorite item in this set. Before I used it, I almost didn’t buy the set because the colors on the bottom row looked like clones of each other. After using the palette, I’ve concluded that there’s only 1 useless shade to me – the one named “French Latte”. You’ll recognize it as the invisible one in the swatch. I don’t know why that’s there…
Regardless, this is my first pro air palette but I’ve used Clio’s palette before (Over the Path) and both are on par with 3ce’s pigment and quality. The colors show up nicely and last long even without a primer. I also realized I needed a neutral palette like this, my other neutrals are terrible quality (etude….) and the ones from 3ce are too warm toned or muted for me. This one from Clio is truly neutral. Love!!
## Sharp So Simple Water-Resistant Pencil Liner
Clio are also known for other great eye products. I tried two of their eyeliners, one is the same as the set’s eyeliner but in black. It’s the best one I ever used. So thin and easy to apply, lasts all day with no need for primers or setting of any kind. I definitely never bothered.. never disappointed me
## Kill Lash Superproof Mascara
The mascara is new to me. The weather is nice now, so either I’m not sweating enough for pandafication to show, or it just doesn’t happen. I will be comparing this to romand’s mascara. The applicator is so convenient with the curve, and comfortable bristles, unlike romand’s which is straight and a bit rough, somehow it picks up more product than necessary and you can’t comfortably put it back. Clio doesn’t have this issue.
It is called “long curling” – there is great lengthening of lashes and even a nice volume, but not so much in the way of curling. However, it does hold curls throughout the day. Maybe that’s what long curling stands for.
Another problem romand had is that it really hardens on the lashes, making it damaging and hard to remove. Clio doesn’t have this issue, there are no thick crusts and the ends of the lashes turn out feathery and thin, meaning them look natural. I use The Face Shop’s eye and lip makeup remover (which is also nice btw) to remove both products, Clio’s mascara was less stubborn and the eyelash loss was 0:5 (romand made me lose around 5 each use!!)
Lastly, the set includes a chic green bag (last photo). It’s very pretty, much more high quality than the stylenanda bag I paid 40 dollars for
