Up&up micellar water was a really good low budget version of the Garnier one. It removes mascara and all kinds of waterproof makeup. It’ll certainly be a repurchase next time. For now, I got the ponds cold cream which is also my favorite with double cleansing. Love the fragrance which gives me a nice feeling while using it.
