OLENS review on medium Hazel eyes

I seldom see reviews for colored contacts on lighter eyes, so I thought this would serve as a helpful reference!

My preference: I look for undetectable contacts that will lighten my natural eye in indoor/dark lighting. With Hazel eyes, my natural eyes look greenish in sunlight, but brown in low lighting. I also have very light warm skin and platinum blonde hair, so I prefer a limbal ring to keep contrast in my face.

1. French Shine Lavender: This really surprised me as a wearable color. It doesn't appear purple in person, but gives my eye a nice contrast.

2. French Shine Aqua: This is the first contact to give me the "fish eye" look. It doesn't appear as blue in person and blends nicely, but the something weird is happening with the size of the pupil hole and my exposed natural eye color.

3. French Shine Hazel: I love the warmth of this brown! I think it would look great on dark eyes, but I don't prefer it.

4. French Shine Gray: Not a fan. This color just essentially just removes my limabl ring, making my eyes appear dull and washing my skin out.

5. Nella Ash Grey: Looks blue on camera, but not in person. I think this contact makes my eyes look much darker, but still enlarging.

6. Nella Ash Olive: I was expecting to look like a lizard, I'm very happy with this color. It looks incredibly natural with my skin tone. My only complaint is being able to see the "dots" of color on camera (you can't in person)

7. Nella Ash Biege: My favorite contact so far! Looks green and much lighter in person. I'm so confused how this looks cool toned given the contact is so warm, but I'm not complaining. Undetectable IRL.

8. Smokey olive: My long term go too. Completely undetectable "my eyes but better look". Only wish it had a darker limbal ring to match my natural contrast.

9. Scandi Olive: I can't really give a review on this one. This color matches my natural eye SO well, I had to make sure it was actually in my eye 😅

I also purchased the Glowy line. I needed to give my eyes a break today, but of anyone is interested I'll upload them 🙂
