First time trying press-ons! Did I put them on okay? And how do u type with these?

I used those jelly sticky tab things that they came with to stick them on. This is the first time I’ve really done anything to my nails other than simple nail polish so I’m not sure if I’m doing it properly or not, so I thought people on this sub would know and could maybe give advice . Also would appreciate tips on how to type on a phone wearing these because I am currently struggling and relying heavily on dictation and autocorrect 😭😭
