Just found a ton of glow in the dark LA Colors polish at the Dollar Tree and it turns out it's a beautiful jelly! The glow in the dark isn't super strong, but I like it as a jelly. Here's my latest haul from the Dollar Tree.
My painting skills are still in progress, so you might have a better result than I did!
Base: Orly Bonder 1 coat
Color: LA Colors Glow in the Dark in the color Shocking 3 coats (I like my jellies thick)
Top: Seche Vite Gel Effect 1 coat
