Hello! As promised in another post, this is my review/comparison between the Glint Stick Highlighter and the Hince True Dimension Radiance Balm.
Glint Stick is in shade #02 Milky Moon: Clear base with pink sparkles which gives a soft iridescent look without being TOO colorful.
Hince True Dimension Radiance Balm in shade #04 Light: Clear base WITH shimmer, this is not the clear one.
TLDR: Very comparable, you certainly don’t need both.
In terms of look they are very similar, they both have the balmy base and tiny glitter, if you apply it heavily, without any blending (as shown in the pictures) you can see a clear difference in the shimmer shades and a lot of sparkles, once blended out the shimmer particles are not as noticeable but you can still see the subtle shift, giving that glass skin effect.
In terms of texture: The Glint stick is less tacky, and feels as if the formula melted more easily giving it a lighter feeling.
While the Hince has a bit more “grip”, and feels heavier, it also lasted a bit longer on the skin and moved around less during the day.
Use: If you drag the stick on the skin, both of them will lift up your base, but you can minimize the disruption by melting them a little bit with your fingers and then applying it with tapping motions.
They serve the same purpose and the formulas are not that different, so I’d say: go for the cheapest one lmao.
Hope this helps! If I left any important details out please let me know, I’ll try to answer all your comments hehe
