Shown after 6 days of wear! I used to be frantically touching up the tips after a few days, but the polish adheres much better with a 100% acetone wipe over the nail bed before painting.
I read it helps remove skin oils & any moisturizers or dust/debris that might get in the way of the polish sticking, plus it helps dry your nail (wet nails can also cause nail polish peeling, since they absorb water and swelling, then dry and shrink).
Base: SH Hard as Nails
Color: ILNP Fairy Dust x2 or 3 coats (I forgot, it's been almost a week 😂)
Top: Glisten&Glow QDTC

Yeah i always use acetone and my mani can last a week if I let it – and I bang my fingers on wood all day for a living hahaha
My nail polish used to regularly peel off in a single sheet without me touching it. Acetone and a nail hardening basecoat have changed my life.
